Be an animal champion and take on the challenge of the Kelpies Experience
The Kelpies, the world’s largest equine structures, offers the thrill of navigating suspended platforms, ladders, cables and nets while taking in breath-taking views from an unparalleled vantage point – inside the Kelpie’s mouth – before experiencing the rush of adrenaline as you prepare for an epic abseil, or quick flight rope drop.
Guided by experts, you will learn about the history of Scotland’s canals and the legacy of the Clydesdale Horse which inspired the vision of the Kelpies, that stand at nearly 100ft tall and constructed from 18,000 components.
This fun fundraising challenge will make you feel connected with the engineering marvels of the Kelpies, representing the working horses, and the rise of the Scottish SPCA that ensured the welfare care of all animals in Scotland.
