Why we want you
Anyone over the age of 16 can apply for a Further Education Work Placement with us at the SSPCA. If you are attending a course relating to animal welfare at College or University and are required to undertake a work placement as part of your course work, please get in touch! We can also provide placements at our Headquarters.
What you will be doing
- You will undertake tasks relating to animal care in one of our rescue & rehoming centres
- For placements in our HQ, you may undertake a placement in Marketing,
HR or Fundraising
The skills you need
- Strong interest in animal welfare
- Patient and caring approach
- Punctual and reliable
- Good at taking instruction
- Willing to adhere to policy and procedures, as directed
- Flexibility
