If you are concerned about the welfare of an animal or would like to report cruelty, please select an options above so we can get you to the right team. If you have an enquiry that is not covered by any of the options above please send us a message using the form below.

Please note, we cannot accept reports of concern via this form. If you wish to make a report regarding neglect or cruelty, please call our animal helpline team on 03000 999 999 or select from the options at the top of the page. To report or provide information related to serious, organised or protracted animal-related crimes, please use the correct Special Investigations Unit form.
