Seeking a home for overlooked bunnies Masha and Bear

We are seeking a home for a bonded pair of rabbits in the care of our Edinburgh and Lothians Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

We have been searching for a home for Masha and Bear for nearly 200 days, but unfortunately they have been overlooked.

Senior Animal Care Assistant, Gemma Barbour, said, “We would love to find Masha and Bear a loving home.

“These gorgeous girls have been in the Society’s care for almost 200 days. They are very sweet and well-bonded with each other too. They are friendly and enjoy interaction with their human friends.

“Bear is the more confident of the two with Masha often hiding behind her sister.

“They require an enclosure or hutch large enough for them both to hop around in, with plenty of enrichment and toys to keep them busy.

“Like most rabbits, Masha and Bear prefer to keep all four paws on the ground so we feel they’d be best suited to a home with teenage children, if any.”
