Chris has been volunteering at our National Wildlife Rescue Centre for the past 12 months.
He started in the small mammals section and has now moved to our birds section.
Chris has given over 100 hours of his time to the centre so far, and is so enthusiastic and inspiring to those around him.
As well as volunteering at our wildlife hospital, Chris also leads our Strathearn Fundraising Supporters Group who last year organised a fantastic outdoor dog show in Crieff. This year, we are very much looking forward to joining Chris at ‘Scrufts’ in Dunning!
Chris is so passionate about helping animals and people. He has recently spent a lot of time in Poland where he has been volunteering to help refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine. This is typical of Chris, whose active lifestyle and eagerness to help people and animals is nothing short of remarkable.
We are so lucky to have dedicated volunteers like Chris. We couldn’t be there for Scotland’s animals without the vital support of our volunteers.
