Clyde is our lovely nervous boy who is looking for a patient new family.

Clyde can find kennel life quite stressful, but once he gets to know you he shows the he is a soft natured soul with a lot of love to give! He is a very lovable, affectionate boy who loves to play and show off his goofy nature and amazing skills!

His three favourite things in life are: tasty treats(!), picking up new tricks, and playing with his toys and favourite people.

He came to us as a stray so we have limited information on what his background is. He would benefit from someone being home initially who can build up to Clyde being left on his own, as he can be anxious and might take a little while to settle into the home routine.

Clyde would love a garden of his own, to continue his training and give him a space where he can show you his big goofy nature. He will need a fully enclosed garden (minimum 6ft fence) and would also be better suited to a home with direct access.

He has been doing some amazing training with his dedicated handlers, and he picks up training really quickly so is an absolute joy to work with! He would love someone who is going to keep up with his training and would enjoy teaching him lots of new tricks.

He is currently working on muzzle conditioning, to help him socialise around other dogs as he has missed out on some of his early age socialisation. We would be happy to talk through his training with his potential adopter and show off how clever this boy is!

Clyde would prefer to be the only pet in the home, to gain his confidence and soak up all the attention and playtime to himself! He would prefer an adult only home, or with older teenagers, that enjoy the slower pace of life; taking things in at Clydes pace but also enjoy his big bouncy nature.

He has received treatment whilst in our care, and may have exclusions from insurance policies, but this will be explained by the staff at the Glasgow centre.
