Our lovely Reptar is looking for an experienced reptile keeper to give him his forever home.

He came into our centre as a stray and due to his adventures in the wild he has some old war wounds that make him a little funny looking.

Due to being outdoors in the unforgiving Scottish climate, we recommend he be kept on a strict supplement regime that will help him regain all the nutrients he didn't have access to in that time.

For Beardies like Reptar, we recommend a varied diet of fruit and veg alongside a varied diet of insects. He should have access to a basking light and a suitable UVB, we would recommend an Arcadia T5 or similar.

Reptar has been eating and drinking well during his time with us, though can be a bit slow to strike at his insects. He is very well handled and enjoys his time outside of his vivarium.

We feel he would make a great addition to an experienced reptile home.
