Sweet elderly Staffy seeks forever home

Peach

Peach is a happy Staffordshire bull terrier cross who has been in the care of our Dunbartonshire and West Scotland Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre for 287 days.

This loveable, sweet older girl, aged around 11 years old, has sadly continued to be overlooked and would love a new family to call her own.

Ally Bibby, centre manager, said, “Although Peach is older, she is full of life and still likes to run around like a pup. She also loves the sound of her own voice and has a few tricks up her sleeve, like paw and sit.

“She can be a bit nervous to begin with but once she gets to know you she enjoys getting fussed over and will seek out cuddles and attention.

“She loves her walks and behaves well on the lead, however, she can be reactive towards other dogs so she would benefit from living in a quieter area with direct access to a garden.

“Peach will need new owners who can provide the mental and physical stimulation she needs to keep her entertained and content.

“She would like to be the only four-legged friend in the house so she can get all of the attention to herself. She would also benefit from a quieter adult-only home so she can snooze away the day.

“We would love to see Peach find her forever home and have the life she deserves.”
