Forever home needed for Eric and Frank

We are desperate to find a forever home for cats Eric and Frank currently in the care of our Dunbartonshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

The centre has been caring for the brothers for over 270 days since their owner sadly passed away.

Ally McEwan, assistant manager of the centre, said, “Eric and Frank are very friendly and affectionate cats that enjoy company. It didn’t take them long to settle in when they arrived with us and they seem to have a very nice relationship with each other.

“They enjoy playing with their toys and lazing about together. They are good eaters and enjoy getting attention from all the staff.

“They are now available for rehoming after Eric needed extensive dental work, which involved a few operations. He has now been cleared by our vet and is ready for a new home. Frank has waited patiently for Eric so they can be rehomed together.

“We feel Eric and Frank would be best suited to either an adult-only home or a home with older children as we think young children could be a bit overwhelming for them.

“They could potentially live alongside other cats, however, they are happy as a duo and having another feline friend isn’t a necessity. They are not able to live with dogs or other small animals.

“It would be lovely to find a home for these boys.”

Anyone interested in this duo can apply for via our website at: www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/12816-eric-and-frank
