When Star, a young Golden Retriever, was rescued, she had endured devastating abuse. Frightened and distressed, she was living a life no dog should ever endure. Thanks to supporters like you, she was removed from danger and given the care and safe space she needed to recover. At our rescue centre, she slowly began to trust again.
Eventually, she found a loving home — and a new name: Harper.
Today, Harper is safe, loved and thriving. Her past replaced with comfort, joy and security.
