Gender Pay Report
The Scottish SPCA fully supports the transparency gender pay gap reporting provides. Every year we publish a Gender Pay Gap Report and are committed to reducing the gap, as shown in the continued decline in the mean gender pay gap of 13.57% since reporting started in 2017.
Unlike the national trend however, the Society’s figures confirm that females are well represented in senior management and leadership roles within the Society with women making up 73% of senior posts. This is an increase from the 2018 report, where women made up 60% of senior posts.
