Atlantis is a lovely lad looking for a forever home to call his own.
Atlantis loves people and enjoys a good cuddle. He walks well on a lead after he has got his initial burst of energy out and knows basic commands. Atlantis isn't great with all other dogs so will ideally be looking to be the only animal in the home.
Atlantis will require a fully enclosed garden with a fence height of 5ft minimum where he can get off the lead to potter around safely. Due to his arthritis he will be looking for a home where he can get lots of short walks as he will not be able to keep up with hill walking but needs to be kept active.
Atlantis suffers from mild arthritis and also crystalline stromal dystrophy, which is a congenital eye condition that is progressive over long periods and can affect vision, at this point only one of Atlantis' eyes is affected. This is a hereditary disease that could spread to his other eye or may never change but any new owner will need to be aware that this will not be covered by insurance.
