Gorgeous Daisy is looking for an experienced home who will be committed to her training and socialisation.
Daisy is a little sweetheart who adores her owners and loves nothing more than sitting up on the couch and getting plenty of cuddles and belly rubs. She can be very lazy in the house and is happy to be left alone for a few hours as long as she has a cosy bed to curl up on. She is fully house trained and knows some basic commands. However, Daisy is very vocal in the house and will bark at any slight noise she hears so would be best suited to a house rather than a busy flat area.
Daisy LOVES playing games with her toys, and will quite often entertain herself by pushing a tennis ball around to chase while having another toy in her mouth! Though, she does also interact well with people when playing and is always ready for a game when you are.
Although Daisy is a big couch potato in the home, she is very active when out and about and loves going on her walks. She can walk for miles and is always happy to go out, even if she's enjoying lounging about! Daisy can be reactive when out and about particularly to dogs and children, and can sometimes pull on the lead when she gets over excited/ frustrated. Daisy has been on foster for the last few months and has learned some lead manners and has made progress in regards to her reactivity but any new owner must be fully committed to continuing her training and socialisation.
Daisy has a high prey drive and no recall so MUST be kept on lead at all times and any new owner must be prepared to muzzle her in busy environments.
Daisy will need a home with a fenced, secure garden, ideally in a rural area. She requires an adult only home with no other animals. Daisy's ideal home would be with someone who has experience of reactive dogs. The family who adopts Daisy will get a fun-loving, cheeky dog with so much love to give, but they must be well aware that she will need lots of ongoing training so she can really reach her full potential.
