The Scottish SPCA calls on brave fundraisers in Angus, Fife and Tayside to help Scotland’s animals

The Scottish SPCA is calling on brave fundraisers and daredevils in the area to raise money for Scotland’s animals.

We are looking for participants to challenge themselves and step into the unknown by walking on fire for our inaugural Firewalk event.

Dundee animal rescue and rehoming centre manager Elliot Hay said, “We’re calling on brave animal lovers to take part in this once in a lifetime challenge.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity to do something daring and memorable and to raise vital funds to rehabilitate, rehome and release animals in Scotland.

“At the event, there will be a team of highly skilled instructors to ensure participants are trained and equipped with everything they need to make the Firewalk as safe and enjoyable as possible.

The Firewalk takes place on Sunday 7 April at Montrose Links Park Stadium.  Registration is at 5.30pm and participants must be 18 years or over.

You can find out more and register to take part by visiting or email or call 03000 999 999 (opt 4).
