Ten year ban for snake neglect

A Lanarkshire man who caused the snakes in his care to suffer unnecessarily has been given a ten year ban on owning reptiles, a £400 fine and a one year supervision order following a Scottish SPCA investigation.

A Bathgate man who caused his dogs, Mitzi, Sugar and Kane, to suffer unnecessarily has been given a restriction of liberty order, meaning he has a 7pm – 7am curfew, for five months and has also been banned from owning or keeping animals for three years following a Scottish SPCA investigation.
