Volunteers organise dog walk

The Scottish SPCA Aberdeen Supporter Group is delighted to invite locals to participate in their dog walk on Sunday 22 July at 11am.

dog walkThere’s a £5 entry fee for the dog walk that starts at Deeside Activity Park with all funds raised going to help Scotland’s animals.
Superintendent Sharon Comrie said, “We’re calling on dog lovers to come along to the sponsored walk and get involved.

“Everyone is very welcome to take part and meet other local dog owners.

“We don’t receive any government or lottery funding which means we rely on the public to be able to continue our work rescuing and rehoming animals in desperate need of our help.

“We are very grateful for events like these, organised by our dedicated and generous supporter groups, as they make a real difference and help us continue rescuing abused, abandoned and injured animals across Scotland.”

There is free parking available, toilets and a coffee shop onsite.
