The Scottish SPCA is seeking loving homes for cats in their care

The Scottish SPCA is seeking loving homes for six cats in need of their forever home.

Lilly 1

We are caring for the felines in our Angus, Fife and Tayside Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.  They vary in age and requirements and are all looking for their second chance.

Manager of the centre, Elliot Hay, said, “Many of the cats in our care haven’t had the best start in life.

“They’ve either come to us as strays or welfare cases so will need understanding and patient owners who will adapt to their needs and allow them time to settle.

“Lilly is our youngest resident at only six months old.  She’s very friendly and playful and due to her age, we think she would suit most family homes.

“Poor Tootsie is our longest feline resident.  She has been overlooked for 162 days.  She will happily receive attention but can be quite feisty so she will need an experienced owner to allow her to settle in her own time.

“We would encourage people to visit our centre which is open to the public 10am - 4pm (closed Tuesday) to meet all of the unique felines we have in our care.”

Anyone who is interested in offering a cat a new home should contact our centre in Angus, Fife and Tayside on 03000 999 999.
