Adrenaline junkies needed for Bungee jump

The Scottish SPCA is calling on adrenaline junkies to take part in the Highland Fling Bungee jump to raise vital funds.

bungeeWe have limited spaces available for the exciting challenge taking place on Saturday 29 April in the scenic location of Killiecrankie.

The Highland Fling Bungee is a once in a lifetime opportunity which will see you jump at a speed of over 50mph before you spring back.

Superintendent Sharon Comrie said, “It’s a fantastic challenge for anyone who wants to do something fun and memorable to help animals in their local area.

“Those who have completed charity events for us in previous years have said that it’s an amazing experience and one they’ll never forget.

“There will be a team of highly skilled instructors to ensure participants are equipped with everything they need.

“We rely on public support to continue our work rescuing abused, abandoned and injured animals so every penny and pound raised in sponsorship really does count.”

Victoria Briggs, who previously took put in a sponsored bungee jump for us said, “I am terrified of heights and knew my friends and family would sponsor me as this is totally out of my comfort zone. All in all I raised over £900 and the bungee jump was an added bonus as I totally loved it on the day!”
