Senior Staffie Snoop is seeking a new home after 180 days

The Scottish SPCA is seeking a new home for Snoop, a senior Staffordshire bull terrier.

We are celebrating our annual #RehomingWeek2019 and aiming to find homes for our longest residents such as ten-year-old Snoop who has been in the care of our animal rescue and rehoming centre in Dunbartonshire for 180 days.

Judy Button, manager of the centre said, “Snoop is a gorgeous guy who is sadly being overlooked in the kennels.

“Don’t let his age fool you, as Snoop has plenty of get up and go left in him!

“He will happily spend his days running around a garden chasing as many balls as he can get his chops around.

“Snoop can be a bit of a grumpy old man with other dogs and would much rather have all the human company to himself, so he would prefer to be the only pet in the house.

“He still has a good bit of zest and bounce, and a keen love of life.

“As well as Snoop, we have lots of other older dogs at our centre looking for their forever homes.”

Anyone who can offer Snoop, or one of the other older canines a forever home should our Dunbartonshire and West Scotland centre on 03000 999 999.
