The Scottish SPCA is appealing to animal lovers for donations of cat litter for their Dunbartonshire and West Scotland Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

The centre is currently caring for 44 cats like Spot, and are running extremely low on wood pellet cat litter.

Items can be purchased from the centre’s Amazon wish list or via any other online retailer offering direct delivery to the centre.

Centre manager, Judy Button, said, “We are in need of essential litter for the cats in our care.

“We have a lot of cats in the centre at the moment, so we are going through cat litter really quickly!

“We are in need of wood pellet cat litter to keep our fantastic felines like Spot happy and clean while they wait to find their forever homes.

“Your support means that we can continue to provide the best possible care for the animals at our centre.

“We’d be so grateful for any donations that people can spare and we know our cats will be too!”

Cat litter can be donated via the centre’s Amazon wish list here: https://amzn.to/2YMc8NK or sent from another online retailer that can deliver. Items can also be handed in daily between 1pm and 4pm to the reception at our Scottish SPCA Dunbartonshire and West Scotland Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre, Dumbarton Road, Milton G82 2UA.
