The Scottish SPCA has put a fostering service in place due to the spread of coronavirus.
Our expert teams have been preparing contingency plans so we can continue to deliver our vital services.
To protect our teams and visitors, we made the decision to close our nine animal rescue and rehoming centres to the public. Therefore, this means we will not be rehoming animals during this time.
Should our centres be affected by the pandemic, we will lessen the impact on our team by reducing the number of animals needing care by offering a foster service.
Fosterers' personal data will be used in accordance with the Scottish SPCA’s privacy notice.
We have been overwhelmed with the response so far and are not appealing for any more fosterers at this time.
There are still opportunities to help us spread the word about our work through e-volunteering. Find out more here.
