If the adoption doesn’t work out for any reason, we advise contacting the centre to discuss returning your pet back into our care.
Please note that refunds post-adoption are at the Society’s discretion and may be rejected upon request. Please make sure you fully read and sign the vet and animal notes before adopting any animal with us.
Should no fault be found on the Society’s part, we reserve the right to decide whether to honour any refunds requested.
