London Marathon

The Stirling Scottish Marathon is an event destined to become one of the UK's greatest mass participation road running events.

What is it?

The Stirling Scottish Marathon returns with a new route to suit all runners from experienced to first timers.

Where is it?

Runners follow a flat and fast course through scenic Stirlingshire. Starting at Blair Drummond Safari Park, they will pass many spectacular and significant sites, including Doune Village and the Wallace Monument. They will continue to the finish line, under the shadow of Stirling Castle.

When is it?

Sunday 20 May 2018.

Who can take part?

You must be 18 years old or over on the day of the marathon.

How to enter

A key part of the entry process is that all runners are asked if they wish to choose a charity to fundraise for. Runners are then responsible for contacting their chosen charity to request the fundraising materials they need.

If you would like to take part and help raise much needed funds for Scotland's animals, please apply for your own place by visiting the Great Run website. Once you have signed up please get in touch to receive your official Scottish SPCA fundraising pack.

Helping you raise funds

We'll do everything we can to help you reach your fundraising target. Contact us by email or call us on 03000 999 999 (option 4) and we'll send you an easy step guide to raising funds.

If you wish, we'll also be able to help promote your fundraising through the media and online.
