The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity, is seeking to recruit an Animal Care Assistant based at one of its centres within the Lanarkshire area.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the thousands of abused, abandoned and injured animals rescued by the Scottish SPCA each year.
Practical experience working with animals, a keen interest in animal welfare and excellent customer care skills are essential. Preferably candidates will also have a full driving licence and ideally an animal care qualification.
Hours are 8.30am to 4.45pm, working 10 days out of 14 on a rota basis to include weekends.
