All online donations to the Scottish SPCA are processed through World Pay.
If you change your mind about a donation or membership and would like a refund you must apply within seven days of the initial transaction. You will need to provide full details of your transaction and show a copy of the ‘digital receipt' emailed to you as confirmation of your donation. If your request does not contain all of the required information we may not be able to grant a refund.
If you have previously requested two or more donations to be refunded we reserve the right not to refund any subsequent donations.
