"We" and "us" refer to the Scottish SPCA. "You" refers to the user and/or browser of our website. By accessing www.scottishspca.org you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below.

All material on this website is copyright of the Scottish SPCA or to third parties who have contributed material. You may view the contents on screen and are permitted to print one copy of or save reasonable extracts to your local hard disk from this website for your personal use or private study. You can request written permission by emailing the Society or writing to our registered office.

The Scottish SPCA is the data controller for the purposes of this Act.

8. Online donations

All online donations to the Scottish SPCA are processed through World Pay.

9. Refunds policy

If you change your mind about a donation or membership and would like a refund you must apply within seven days of the initial transaction. You will need to provide full details of your transaction and show a copy of the ‘digital receipt' emailed to you as confirmation of your donation. If your request does not contain all of the required information we may not be able to grant a refund.

If you have previously requested two or more donations to be refunded we reserve the right not to refund any subsequent donations.

10. Alteration of terms and conditions

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions when updating and upgrading this website.
