Bird Rehoming

Birds often arrive in our care having escaped from their homes, while others may have been unwanted or neglected.

Our animal rescue and rehoming centres care for a wide variety of birds, from budgies to finches.

Birds can require specific care and attention, therefore before you rehome a bird, you should consider and understand their needs and requirements.

All council and private rent customers must produce written conformation from their landlord stating they have permission to keep a dog or cat in their home.

The Scottish SPCA does not put healthy animals to sleep.

Our animal rescue and rehoming centres are open daily from 10am to 4pm. Call 03000 999 999 (option 2).
