Woman cautioned for dog neglect
Following a Scottish SPCA investigation, a 29 year old woman from the Drumchapel area has been cautioned under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 for causing a male collie crossbreed dog unnecessary suffering.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
