Women cautioned for dog neglect
Following a Scottish SPCA investigation, two women from Falkirk have been cautioned under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 for causing a lurcher-type dog unnecessary suffering by failing to provide veterinary treatment.
A report is being submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
