Man cautioned for dog attack
Following a Scottish SPCA investigation, a 38 year old man from Glasgow has been cautioned under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 for causing a husky-type puppy unnecessary suffering by kicking and dragging it.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
