Caution for pony neglect
Following a Scottish SPCA investigation, a woman from Fife has been cautioned under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 for neglecting a male Shetland pony found in Thornton in July 2011.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
