Dogs seized in raid
The Scottish SPCA together with Grampian Police carried out searches at four addresses in Banff and Macduff on Thursday (20 January) in relation to dog fighting and animal welfare concerns.
Nine dogs and associated equipment were seized from the properties and four people have been cautioned under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006.
Reports will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
