Edinburgh man cautioned
Following a Scottish SPCA investigation, a 26 year old man from the Stenhouse area of Edinburgh has been cautioned under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 for causing unnecessary suffering to a male Staffordshire bull terrier which was discovered dead on Whitson Road in the city earlier this month.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
