New homes needed for puppies

Puppies

The Scottish SPCA is appealing for new homes for four puppies found abandoned by a member of the public.

The female and three male pups are nine week old American bulldog cross boxers.

They are currently being cared for at our Glasgow Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre where staff have named them Sooty, Sweep, Scamp and Soo.

Centre Assistant Manager Anna O'Donnell said, "The puppies are at an age where socialisation is very important so we'd like to find them new homes soon.

"All four will grow into big dogs and any new owner will need experience with large breeds and must have the space to keep one.

"They must also have the time required to spend training a puppy."

Anyone interested in rehoming any of the puppies should call our animal helpline on 03000 999 999 and ask to be connected to the Glasgow Centre.

Please note: All the puppies have now been rehomed.
