All online donations to the Scottish SPCA are processed through World Pay. All data is collected by workwithus.org however your details are passed on to the Scottish SPCA unless the user selects 'anonymous donation'. 9. Refunds policy

If you change your mind about a donation or membership and would like a refund you must apply for it within 7 days of the initial transaction. You will need to provide in full the details of your transaction and show a copy of the "digital receipt" that was emailed to you at the time of donating. If your request for a refund doesn't contain all the needed information we may not be able to grant your refund. If you have previously requested two or more donations to be refunded, we reserve the right not to refund any subsequent donations. To enquire about a refund please contact the Society.

10. Obtaining Information

You have the right to apply for a copy of the information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected (we reserve the right to make a small charge to cover the cost of providing you with a copy of the information which we hold about you).
